What it does

Safety Observations make it easy for any team member to document both safe and unsafe acts or conditions directly from the field. Each observation captures the project, contractor, item category, observation type, priority, comments, and photos. Unsafe acts and conditions automatically create corrective actions — tracked to resolution. Safe acts and conditions are recorded as positive observations to reinforce a strong safety culture across your projects.

Four observation types

  • Unsafe Act

    A worker behavior or action that could result in injury — e.g. improper ladder placement near an electrical panel. Automatically creates a corrective action.

  • Safe Act

    A positive observation of a worker performing a task correctly — e.g. employee properly using fall protection equipment. Reinforces good safety practice.

  • Unsafe Condition

    A physical site hazard that poses a risk — e.g. worker not wearing a hard hat in a construction zone. Routed to corrective actions for resolution.

  • Safe Condition

    A site condition that meets safety standards — recorded as a positive observation to track compliance and benchmark best practice across projects.
