What it does
The Form Builder lets you create custom inspection templates that work inside the Project Inspection and Equipment Inspection modules. Choose the inspection type, build your form with categories and items, and it becomes a selectable template whenever a new inspection of that type is started.

Build unlimited custom inspection forms for any work type. Each form is tied to either Project Inspection or Equipment Inspection and becomes a reusable template for your team.

Organize your form into sections using categories. Each category groups related inspection items together, keeping the form clear and logical for workers completing it on site.

Add inspection items and preview
Add individual inspection items within each category. Mark items as required so they can't be skipped. Switch to Preview mode to see exactly how the form will look before saving.

Edit and update
Update any form at any time. Add or remove categories and inspection items as your work requirements change without affecting completed inspection records.

Duplicate forms
Clone any existing form as a starting point for a new one. Adjust the copy without affecting the original — useful for creating variations for different sites or trades.

Search and filter forms
