Build unlimited custom inspection forms for any work type. Each form is tied to either Project Inspection or Equipment Inspection and becomes a reusable template for your team.
Add categories
Organise your form into sections using categories. Each category groups related inspection items together, keeping the form clear and logical for workers completing it on site.
Add inspection items and preview
Add individual inspection items within each category. Mark items as required so they can't be skipped. Switch to Preview mode to see exactly how the form will look before saving.
Edit and update
