AI is integrated into the root cause analysis: it reads your incident description, detects key details, suggests root causes, contributing factors, and categorized corrective actions, explains its reasoning, and flags similar past incidents from your own history — pre-filling fields for your investigator to review and accept or adjust. AI integration is continuous, responsible, and secure.
