Subscription
Terms.

To use the subscription-based portion of SafetyLink.io ("Subscription") you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Have not previously been suspended or removed from SafetyLink.io
• Fulfill the payment obligations for the Subscription
• Register for and use the Subscription in compliance with these Subscription Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

The Subscription is intended solely for use by the company registering ("Subscriber" or "you") and your administrators and employees ("Users"). You agree that you will not redistribute or facilitate the redistribution of any information obtained via your SafetyLink.io Subscription, nor provide access to anyone not authorized by SCCI.

Account

When you subscribe to SafetyLink.io you will be asked to register for an account ("Account"). You represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, complete, current, and accurate. You agree not to impersonate anyone, misrepresent any affiliation, use false information, or otherwise conceal your identity from SCCI for any purpose. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by SCCI, each Account is allowed only one (1) Subscriber and the number of Users purchased. SCCI grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license to access and use your SafetyLink.io Subscription and to grant access to your Users. This license is conditioned on your continued compliance with these Subscription Terms.

Subscription Fee

The subscription fee for the applicable SafetyLink.io plan and any other charges you may incur (such as taxes and possible transaction fees) will be charged to your payment method on the specific payment date indicated on the "Account" page. Subscription fees are pre-paid and are fully earned upon payment. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. Your Subscription will continue and automatically renew until terminated. You must cancel your Subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing for the next billing cycle.

At any time, and for any reason, SCCI may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all Subscribers ("Credits") at its sole and absolute discretion. The provision of Credits in one instance does not obligate SCCI to provide Credits in the future.

Payment Method

You must provide one or more payment methods to SafetyLink.io's third-party payment service provider for processing and collection. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled and you do not cancel your Account, SCCI may suspend your access to SafetyLink.io until payment is successfully received.

Responsibility for Use and Users

You will, and you will cause your Users to, abide by and ensure compliance with all the terms and conditions of these Subscription Terms. You are responsible for your and your Users' access to and use of SafetyLink.io. You acknowledge that you remain liable for the acts and omissions of your Users and any third party that you allow, enable, or otherwise provide access to SafetyLink.io, whether or not such access was expressly permitted by SCCI.

SCCI assumes no responsibility or liability for violations of these Subscription Terms by Users or any other third party you allow, direct, or enable to access SafetyLink.io. If you become aware of any violation of this Agreement, you must contact SCCI at info@safetycompliance.com.

Under no circumstances will SCCI be liable in any way for any data or other content viewed while using SafetyLink.io, including any errors or omissions in any such data or other content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to any data or other content.

SCCI may investigate any complaints and violations that come to our attention and may take any action in its sole discretion, including issuing warnings, suspending or disconnecting access to SafetyLink.io, removing applicable data or content, or terminating accounts.

Cancellation

You may cancel your SafetyLink.io Subscription at any time. You will continue to have access through the end of your billing period. To cancel, please email info@safetycompliance.com with the subject line "SafetyLink Cancellation", your Subscriber name, and reason for canceling. Your Account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

Changes to Price and Subscription Plans

SCCI reserves the right to change SafetyLink.io's subscription plans or adjust pricing for any Services or components thereof in any manner and at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Subscription Terms, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your SafetyLink.io password and Account information and for ensuring that your Users do the same. The Subscriber is responsible for any activity that occurs through the Account, including by its Users. To maintain control over your Account, you should not reveal your password or Account details to anyone.

If you have reason to believe that your SafetyLink.io account is no longer secure, you must immediately notify SCCI at info@safetycompliance.com. SCCI may terminate your Account or place it on hold to protect against violations of these Subscription Terms, identity theft, or other fraudulent activity. SCCI is not obligated to provide a credit for a hold placed on an Account.

SafetyLink.io includes information, commentary, interactive tools, research reports, and data on OSHA requirements, workplace safety, applicable laws and other subjects (collectively, "Content"). Some of this Content is supplied by companies that are not affiliated with SCCI ("Third-Party Content"). On SafetyLink.io, the source of all Third-Party Content is clearly and prominently identified. Third-Party Content is protected by copyright pursuant to United States laws and international treaties.

SCCI has not been involved in the preparation, adoption or editing of Third-Party Content and does not explicitly or implicitly endorse or approve such content. While SCCI makes every attempt to provide accurate and timely information, neither SCCI nor the Third-Party Content providers guarantee the Content's accuracy, timeliness, completeness or usefulness. Content is provided for informational and training purposes only.

As part of the Services, SafetyLink.io provides tests for your Users to take in order to demonstrate their understanding and acknowledgement of the information and materials provided in the applicable trainings. Tests are only available to Users after the end of the applicable training.

Any time a User successfully passes a test, SafetyLink.io provides such User with a certificate to demonstrate their completion of the same. Tests and certificates are not affiliated with or endorsed by OSHA or any other governmental oversight body; they are solely provided as a convenience to Subscribers and Users. Taking courses, passing tests, and/or obtaining certificates does not guarantee results.

Certain features of SafetyLink.io may incorporate or link to content, data, tools, or platforms provided by third parties. SCCI does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services accessible through or referenced in SafetyLink.io. Your use of any third-party content or services is subject to the applicable third-party terms and conditions, and SCCI shall have no liability arising from your use thereof.

By using or accessing your SafetyLink.io Subscription, you consent to any form of recording and retention of any communication, information, and data exchanged between you and SCCI or its representatives or agents.

These Subscription Terms, which incorporate the SafetyLink.io Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental terms on the Site, contain the entire understanding and agreement between you and SCCI with respect to the Services and supersede all previous communications, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral, written, or electronic.
