What it does

Daily Logs is a structured digital site diary completed each day by your team — recording the date, time, project, job number, weather conditions, and the activity of every contractor on site. Each entry captures contractor name, number of employees, total hours worked, work performed, location, and photos. A General Notes section captures anything else from the day. Logs are submitted with a status of Submitted, stored permanently, and searchable by project and date range — giving you a complete, audit-ready record of every workday across your entire company.
