What it does
Job Hazard Analysis
Create a JHA with step-by-step work steps — each with its own potential hazards and control methods. Add steps as needed, draw or upload a signature to complete, and store the finished record against the project and task. Download a JHA template, upload an external document, or reuse an existing JHA for recurring tasks.

Pre-Task Plans
Complete a pre-task plan each morning before the crew starts — selecting the project and task, listing equipment needed, naming personnel assigned, and adding safety measures. Submit the plan to lock it in as a completed record. Filter completed plans by project or date, and upload external pre-task plan documents alongside digital submissions.
